Providing perinatal care to families with financial restrictions is something that is near and dear to the Company's heart. Golden Egg believes it’s crucial to go through pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum life with the individualized help and support of a doula. Hiring a Golden Egg doula means receiving current, non-bias, evidence-based informational support as well as physical and emotional support. Our Company strives to help parents advocate for themselves and their children. We believe true self-advocacy can only be achieved after one has been fully informed. We also believe receiving this kind of support and being satisfied with your birth experience is for every birther, not just for the financially able. Acknowledging that not every family is in the position to use their finances to hire a doula, Golden Egg Birth Company has created the Rolled In Gold Fund.

HOW IT WORKS

Anyone can donate, choosing either whole packages or just dollar amounts which will go into the Rolled in Gold Pool. This Pool is set aside for the Rolled in Gold applicants. To apply simply fill out the form below. When approved, the applicant's fee will be partially or fully subsidized with funds from the Rolled in Gold Pool. Applicants will be informed of acceptance via email. Donors will have a choice to be recognized for their contribution publicly or anonymously and will be notified via email when their donation has helped a family in need.
